Join us for four days of non-stop action in the swamps of Southern Louisiana where we will bait and hunt for alligators. Cruising the swamps with airboats you will hunt alligators from 5' to 12'. We will also spend evening hours spotting large gators and frogging.

Brian and Ben are back from their southern Louisiana alligator hunt. Yes, it was successful. Brian and Ben had a good time and enjoyed Derrick's airboats and appreciated Mike's expertise. They had an unforgettable trip. In fact, Ben took gator meat to school -- hot garlic and cajun grilled. We're appreciative of his teachers excusing him from a week of school, but what a memory for his senior year.
Ben's gator is 10 foot, 1 inch and Brian's is 10 foot. The hides are at the tannery (will be back in 6 weeks). They butchered 150+ lbs of gator meat. Best meat is the jaws, next best - tail; then back meat; and lastly legs. Tastes and looks like pork meat. Delicious!!!!!
They also took in a day at New Orleans, and visited the Tobasco factory and bird sanctuary at Avery Island.
